Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain and ensure the accuracy of inventory and fixed asset records - Record inventory receipts, disbursements, transfers, and fixed asset transactions in the system - Maintain the fixed asset register, assign asset tag numbers, and update records for newly acquired, transferred, or disposed assets - Conduct cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and physical fixed asset verification according to the company's schedule - Reconcile inventory and fixed asset records with physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions - Prepare monthly inventory and fixed asset reports - Monitor project-related asset costs and support the capitalization process upon project completion - Update fixed asset schedules, including asset movements and accumulated depreciation records - Record and maintain fixed asset transactions in accordance with company policies - Compare and reconcile revenue from terminals and accessories to ensure accuracy and completeness - Compare and reconcile sales of fixed assets with supporting documentation and accounting records - Record, reconcile, and monitor deferred income and accrued income - Issue invoices, including annual invoices and terminal-related invoices, in accordance with company procedures - Issue official receipts to domestic and international customers - Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure accurate inventory, asset, and revenue records - Maintain and organize documentation related to inventory movements, goods receipts (GR), fixed assets, invoices, receipts, and supporting accounting records - Support month-end closing activities by preparing inventory, fixed asset, deferred income, accrued income, and related account reconciliations - Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation - Perform other inventory, fixed assets, and accounting support duties as assigned by management - Reconcile stock card
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse, Fixed Asset, or Accounting. - Basic knowledge of inventory management, fixed asset accounting, MS Excel, and inventory reconciliation - Conversational middle in English to communicate with internal <Details> - Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Well-organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
