Work outline: Responsible for accounts receivable tasks and support team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Send billing invoice to customer
Ø Confirm invoice payment with customer and record Receipt Voucher
Ø Issue Receipt / Tax invoice and pink cheque
Ø Follow up AR outstanding
Ø Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial
Ø At least 3 years accounting experience in Logistic/Freight Forwarder/ supply chain industry
Ø Service mind and ability to work under pressure
Ø Able to communicate in English which related to accounting matters
Ø Good PC skills in MS Office
Ø Formal, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
