Work outline: Responsible for basic accounting function, and assist senior accountant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and accounting records
Ø Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Ø Handling tax PP.30 PND 1, 53 and any relevant
Ø Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Ø Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Ø Assist with financial and tax audits
Ø Assist with preparing tax returns and financial reporting requirements
Ø Assist with quarterly producer consolidation reports
Ø Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal control
Ø Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age22-36 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or any related field
Ø At least 1 year of working experience in accounting field
Ø Good knowledge in accounting documents; AP/AR/RV
Ø Good knowledge in PND1, PND53, PP.30
Preferable:
Ø CPD license holder
Ø Experience using Quick Book, Express, or any related program
Ø Detail-oriented
Ø Able to work under pressure
Ø Good problem solving skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Silom / BTS Saladeang
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17: 30 (Mon – Fri)
