Work Outline: Responsible for accounts receivable tasks and support team


Duties & Responsibilities:

 Send billing invoice to customer

 Confirm invoice payment with customer and record Receipt Voucher

 Issue Receipt / Tax invoice and pink cheque

 Follow up AR outstanding. Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

[Must]

 Thai nationality only, Female, age 24-30 years old 

 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Financial

 At least 2 years’ experience in accounting 

 Have an experience in freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain industry will be advantage

 Service mind and ability to work under pressure

 Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage

 Able to communicate in English which related to accounting matters 

 Good PC skills in MS Office

 Formal, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills


Languages skills 

English: Advanced level (able to communicate about accounting matters and read English documents) Japanese: None


Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke

 Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
