Work outline: In charge of accounting task and report to Account supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Ø Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Ø Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Ø Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Ø Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Ø Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Ø Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Ø Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Ø Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Ø Closing Monthly report
Ø Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree of accounting or any related field
Ø Accounting experience around 2-5 years
Ø Have experience from Japanese company
Ø Have CPD
Ø Have experience in Express
Ø Good command in English
Preferable:
Ø People who is flexible and love challenging new things
Ø Computer literacy (MS Office etc.)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00
