Work outline: Responsible for general accounting task, focusing on AR.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Input data into the system, Express or others
Ø Mainly handle AR/GL task.
Ø Follow up invoice, Tax invoice.
Ø Prepare all payment vouchers
Ø Filing all of the documents.
Ø Prepare invoice, receipts, tax invoice
Ø Prepare budget to MD
Ø Other tasks as assign by supervisor
Ø Other supplementary tasks in the intervals of accountant tasks
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 21-26 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree graduate in accounting or any related field
Ø 0-1 years of experience in accounting function.
Ø Welcome fresh graduate with internship experience in accounting function.
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge in heavy industry business or water treatment system, and any related field.
Ø Background as an accountant in heavy industry / manufacturing business.
Language skills:
English: Daily conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.15 (Saturday all day/ once a month)
