Work outline: Responsible for monthly-yearly account closing especially Account Payable
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Handling company’s account payable (AP)
Ø Handling month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing and analyzing financial reports
Ø Undertaking financial administration and planning for financial forecasting and risk analysis
Ø Preparing reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements and liaising with managerial staff, colleagues and clients
Ø Developing and managing financial systems/policies and administering payrolls
Ø Ensuring compliance with taxation legislation
Ø Support HR&GA tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female only, 25-35 years.
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting especially Account Payable
Ø Knowledge in HR/GA
Ø English conversational level
Ø Experience of accountant
Ø Able to close monthly account
Prefer:
Ø Japanese
Ø Experience of HR GA
