Work outline: Be responsible for overall tasks related to accounting and handle basic admin task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare petty cash voucher and petty cash report
Prepare cheque report, payment voucher, and payment report
Prepare receive voucher and receive report
Prepare withholding tax and receivables report
Prepare Tax [PND.53, PND.3, PND.1 and PP.30]
Update passbook and check detail every month
Prepare and key detail into internet banking for salary [Transfer]
Prepare salary file and 50 Bis a withholding tax certificate for everyone
Prepare document for buy cheque book and bring to the bank
Check time in and time out every the end of the month
Prepare salary for employees every month, and slip for employees every month
Prepare document (employees) for registered to the Social Security Office
Prepare document for resignation of employees and bring to Social Security Office
Prepare document for employee want to change hospital [Start of the year]
Prepare employee absence report every month
Prepare document for requests copy form+Certified [Visa and Work Permit]
Prepare document for request tax id for Japanese
Prepare tax form
Contact with them everything about taxes
Other tasks will be assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, Aged between 25 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Have experience as an accountant in a consumer products trading company
CPD license
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have a knowledge of swift code; Bank identifier code
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
