Work Outline: In charge of accounting tasks and support to Assistant Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supporting accounting tasks Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
Make and control cheque, transfer money to bank
Make AP /AR document
Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Preparing tax refund and financial reporting requirements
Assisting in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Other special tasks as assigned by assistant accounting manager and Accounting manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, Age of 24-28 years
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field
At least 1-2 years of working experiences in Accounting fields,AP,AR,GL or Oversea Accounting Coordination
Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Familiar with SAP
Service minded, endurable, able work with under pressure
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)
