Responsibility:
Contact to Singapere Head office
Taking care of cash flow management ; preparing cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing
Set up and maintain filing system.
Liaison with internal and external contracts and clients ie. Tax office, supplier etc.
Prepare and manage correspondence, report and documents (daily, monthly, yearly account duty).
Ensure the correct payroll payment before submitting in net banking (payroll calculation is outsourced)
Use net banking to submit all payment and expenses details.
Coordinate and communicate about monthly Financial report with an accounting firm (monthly account creation is outsourced)
In assisting of annual audit visit.
Coordinate within departments and company

Qualification:
[Must]
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Financial
Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age not over 27 – 38 years old
Minimum 3 years' experience in equivalent strong background in accounting
Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, result oriented
Good command of both written and spoken English (Contact to Singapore)
Good communication skill, strong problem solving and meet deadline.
High sense of responsibilities, detail work orientation and fast response
Experience to small size company as accounting position

Experience of accounting firm
Working in western companies company
