Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Allocate product costs appropriately - Prepare and submit tax filings, including PND 3, 53, 54 and VAT (PP.30, PP.36) - Record and maintain fixed assets in the accounting system - Prepare and submit monthly reimbursement invoices for advance payments made on behalf of the Japanese headquarters - Prepare monthly account reconciliation reports, such as: - Bank accounts - Advance payments - Accrued expenses - Prepaid expenses - Coordinate, collect, and prepare accounting documents for external auditors - Handle monthly purchasing of office supplies and equipment - Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - At least 1 year of accounting experience in accounts payable from any industry. - English conversational middle level (Communication with Japanese MD, Documents and email) - Able to use MS Office, especially Excel - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures under supervision <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working knowledge in FMCG such as cosmetic products, haircare,and health care.
