Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Team Leadership Set KPIs, evaluate performance, coach team members, and plan team structure aligned with business goals. 2. Revenue & Finance Own revenue targets, manage budgeting and forecasting, and control costs and profitability across projects. 3. Key Account Management Act as the main contact for key clients (especially a Japanese automotive brand), build long-term relationships, and present strategic solutions. 4. Business Development Drive new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, lead proposals/pitches, and oversee commercial agreements. 5. Digital & Innovation Lead digital transformation initiatives and implement AI/automation to improve efficiency and create new solutions. 6. Project Management Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction while managing cross-functional teams. 7. Product & Research Develop deep product knowledge (automotive), oversee marketing/training materials, and conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or any related field - At least 7 years of experience in account management, project management, skills in a Marketing Agency (Automotive Clients) or the Automotive industry - At least 3 years in management experience with subordinates of around 5 persons. - Experienced in the automotive industry - Conversational High in English with IELTS score 6.5 up or TOEIC score 860 or above (communication with Asia report line and Asia clients (mostly Singaporean)) - Microsoft Office proficiency <Preferable Skill / Experience> - MBA - Automotive knowledge and background - Portfolio - Agency experience is highly preferred. - Experience in international or cross-border project management is an advantage. - Exposure to digital content production, training material development, or marketing asset management is preferred.
