Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
Account & Client Management 
- Serve as a key point of contact for the Japanese automotive brand client (regional scope). 
- Manage the regional marketing asset development workstream, covering product marketing 
and training materials (e.g., Product Information Guidebooks, Training Event materials, Videos). 
- Report and present project progress, findings, and solutions to clients in a professional and structured manner. 
Project Management 
- Oversee end-to-end project workflow planning, production, and execution phases, ensuring quality standards are met. 
- Organize and manage day-to-day account operations, including meeting minutes, proposal and presentation preparation, logistics coordination, and financial processes (quotations and invoices). 
- Track and monitor project timelines; proactively follow up with internal teams and vendors to avoid delays. 
- Identify potential project complications and provide timely solutions. 
Business Development & Strategy Support 
- Support the Account Director in identifying new opportunities to expand the scope of services for existing clients. 
- Contribute to proposal development and client presentations aligned with client business objectives. 
- Monitor client business trends and competitor activity to provide proactive recommendations. 
Digital & Innovation Support 
- Support digital transformation initiatives including digitalization of training and marketing materials. 
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to improve project workflows and content delivery efficiency. 
- Stay current with digital trends relevant to the automotive sector and CX-related project 
- Other tasks as assigned by the management

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, business development, consulting, or project management in a Marketing Agency (Automotive Clients) or the Automotive industry
- Experienced in the automotive industry 
- Conversational High in English with IELTS score 6.5 up or TOEIC score 860 or above 
  (communication with Asia report line and Asia clients (mostly Singaporean))
- Microsoft Office proficiency

<In detail>
- Demonstrated track record of managing revenue targets and P&L responsibility. 
- Exposure to digital transformation, content development, or technical documentation solutions is highly preferred. 
- International or cross-border project management experience is an advantage.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- MBA 
- Automotive knowledge and background
- Portfolio
- Agency experience is highly preferred. 
- Experience in international or cross-border project management is an advantage. 
-  Exposure to digital content production, training material development, or marketing asset management is preferred.
