Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations (CXO, MD, DD, AD, and technical leads).
- Collect and analyze key project information, including demand forecasts, budget allocation, bidding timelines, and competitor intelligence.
- Lead account development and bidding support for different projects, including last mile project, network maintenance project and other enterprise projects e.g. PEA, ALT etc.
- Work with customers to promote maintenance solution and explore the new business in enterprise market, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and long-term strategy.
- Coordinate with the service and marketing team to deliver technical proposals, product demonstrations, POC testing, and interoperability validation.
- Support project execution activities such as order management, cash flow process (PO, bond, DAT/DAC), claims, and overdue payment follow-up.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues quickly, and identify new opportunities to expand cooperation and achieve account growth.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 2 years in Sales, Account Management, Product Management, or Solution Management within telecom operators, broadband access solution providers, or system integrators in Thailand.
- Proven knowledge and experience in maintenance projects, e.g. last mile sales, installation and maintenance and network maintenance or others.
- Strong relationship-building skills and willingness to engage in customer activities to strengthen trust and cooperation.
- Conversational High to Business level in English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience with True projects
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or other related field.
- Chinese language (HSK5 certificate is highly prefer) 
- Active, aggressive sales person
