<Job Responsibilities> - Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Collaborate with team members & other divisions to deliver result meet or beyond the customer need. - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Work with team management to control project quality and to ensure deliverables met expectations. - Any task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 3 years of experience in Sales IT. - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal, external, email, and documents. - Basic Network skills Cisco, Aruba, etc - Basic Server/Storage/Cloud skills Windows, Linux, AWS, Azur - Proficiency in MS Office suite, Network, Server, Cloud, Application, Security <Details> - Good communication and negotiation skills - Good initiative skill - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, including Root-cause identification skills - Excellent leadership and mentoring skills <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology - Holds IT product sales certification/training or a networking-related certification
