Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
1. 50% Existing Customers 
- To call on defined customers
- To maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
- To establish a relationship with the customer and our staff
- To maintain a complete, accurate & up-to-date customer record following the system
- To control pricing, policy, and sales margin, conforming to company or department policies

2. 50% New Customers
- To assess potential new customers
- To assist in developing distribution channels
- To assist the supervisor or manager with sales strategic planning
- To implement a comprehensive marketing/sales plan to achieve the company's sales target
- To collect the market data or customer feedback for the strategic planning

3. Following the process through the Safety, Health, and Environment Management System

4. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized University
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales from the Building or Construction Materials Industry
- Experience in selling or approaching Manufacturing, Department Store, or EPC contractors' Customers
- Conversational High Level In English 
  (Communicate with the branch companies and communicate via email with customers)
- Knowledge in the Insulation Business
- Knowledge of the building and construction Industry 
- Own car with a driving license for visiting customers
