Job Description


<Job Responsibilities> 
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and other sales activities to generate new leads 
- Create prospect client lists and manage the sales pipeline 
- Identify client needs and propose PR, media, and digital marketing solutions 
- Manage accounts and maintain long-term client relationships 
- Track and report sales performance, KPIs, and revenue progress 
- Other tasks assigned 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- 1 year of experience in new business development (B2B sales) for intangible products or services(industry experience is not required)
- Open to recent graduates and second-career candidates with limited work experience
- Experience setting your own goals and working toward achieving them in school, part-time jobs, or previous roles
- Conversational mid to high-level English communication skills for external communication
- Able to explain your actions and results using basic numbers or concrete examples(these will be discussed in detail during the interview)
- Willingness to take initiative, learn through trial and error, and continuously improve your work
- Professional appearance and business etiquette

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in PR, media, digital marketing, or related fields
- Sales experience with Japanese, Thai, or multinational companies
- Leadership experience or aspiration to grow into a team leader role
- Familiarity with cross-cultural business environments
