Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify and approach new clients (especially Japanese companies) through target lists and other channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients (Relationship Management) to encourage repeat business.
- Receive and analyze client briefs to fully understand their actual needs.
- Analyze client challenges and design appropriate solutions (e.g., seminars, PR, events, business matching).
- Prepare project proposals and quotations, and deliver client presentations (pitching).
- Analyze overall market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and improve existing services to expand the client base.
- Perform other related duties as assigned EX, attent the event 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Japanese, or a related field.
Candidate A or B can send
- (A) At least 2 years experiences in B2B sales, agency work, advertising media, or event management.
- (B) At least 2 years experiences in B2B sales in any product
- Conversational Business level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent), for communicate with internal and external
- Conversational High level in English, for communicate with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to issue Quotation 
- Able to go dinner with client sometimes 

<Personality>
- Good personality, passionate about sales and service, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Positive mindset and strong teamwork skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience working in a Japanese company or studying in Japan.
