Work Outline: Day to day operation of accounting
Duties & Responsibility:
Recording GL, AP and Payment
Petty cash and Re-imbursement checking and recording
Reconciliation of VAT, Withholding tax and others account as assigned.
Preparation of payment via online banking and manual Cheque
Monthly reporting
Other administrative work
Ad hoc project upon request
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/ Female, Age 27-32 years
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 3 year experience in accounting for tax and VAT
Minimum 2 years’ experience in AP or AR functions
Good command of English
Proficient in Microsoft excel, Oracle or SAP
[Preferable]
Experience in retail business will be an advantage
Experienced in using Oracle program
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation
Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.30 (Mon-Fri)
