Access Control System Manager *1 Year Renewal Contract (40K-60K) (SDG-38403)
<Job Responsibilities>
To meet the customers in order to get their requirement
To plan and design the system suitable with the customer’s requirement
To find the suppliers who can provide the system, negotiate price with the supplier and estimate the cost in order to submit the quotation to the customer
To make the project plan and schedule
To follow up the supplier’s progress and control the project until the project handover to the customer within the time frame based on the contract.
To hand over the project to the customer
Other duties as assigned
1 Year Contract (Consider renewal year by year based on the current situation and maybe considered as the permanent employee in future.)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 32-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics
Advanced conversational level of English
Have related work experience over 10 years (at least 2 projects of Access Control System installation)
Have work experience in Project management of multiple office buildings or airport or shopping mall
Have driving license
Participate in project commissioning and testing.
Have basic knowledge of networking principles, controller hardware, door hardware and credential technologies
Can completely test cable and fiber optic cable category
Can read and comprehend blueprints, line diagrams and specification
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have basic knowledge of low voltage principles (ohm’s law, load calculations, metering, etc.).
Have knowledge of the Access Control System suppliers
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Pravet, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
