Strategic Planning (Service & Maintenance Cost) (25K-45K) (SDG-75192) นักวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ (ค่าบริการและบำรุงรักษา) <Job Responsibilities> - Calculate and analyze maintenance cost, service cost, spare cost and dispatching cost - Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for update information and cost items of new & existing car model - Prepare master update of RV and maintenance cost of new & existing car model in Seed system - Calculate RV (Residual Value) for used car, renew, buyback, Early Termination - Create the idea for corporate strategy plan in order to enhance corporate performance and competitiveness - Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned - Make the report as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-38 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 3 years as Business Analysis, Researcher etc. - Good English (presentation, report, document tasks) - MS Excel (V-Look up, Pivot table) - Proactive, Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ability to analyze maintenance cost and other cost items - Good Logical, Analytical and Creative Thinking <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science - Previous experience in Auto leasing, Rental Car business (must resigned first) - Experience in process & IT system improvement - Macros, MS Access, Power BI Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploen Chit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (Sat: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–45,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive Leasing Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit

นักวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ (ค่าบริการและบำรุงรักษา) (25K-45K) (SDG-75192) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - คำนวณและวิเคราะห์ค่าบำรุงรักษา ค่าบริการ ต้นทุนอะไหล่ และค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่ง - ประสานงานกับทีมขายและบริการเพื่ออัพเดทข้อมูลและรายการต้นทุนของรถใหม่และรุ่นที่มีอยู่ - เตรียมการอัพเดทต้นแบบของ RV และค่าบำรุงรักษาของรถยนต์ใหม่และที่มีอยู่ในระบบเมล็ดพันธุ์ - คำนวณ RV (มูลค่าคงเหลือ) สำหรับรถใช้แล้ว, ต่ออายุ, ซื้อคืน, สิ้นสุดก่อนกำหนด - สร้างแนวคิดสำหรับแผนกลยุทธ์องค์กรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กร - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - ทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-38 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ นักวิจัย ฯลฯ - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (การนำเสนอ รายงาน งานเอกสาร) - MS Excel (V-Look up, ตาราง Pivot) - มีความกระตือรือร้น มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี - มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษาและรายการต้นทุนอื่น ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี - การคิดเชิงตรรกะ เชิงวิเคราะห์ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ปริญญาตรี คณิตศาสตร์ สถิติ บริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Auto leasing, Rent Car มาก่อน (ขอลาออกจากตำแหน่งก่อน) - มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการและการปรับปรุงระบบไอที - Macros, MS Access, Power BI ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS เพลินจิต กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:30 น.
