Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ** Being a midddle person between internal and external - Coordinate and liaise with external organizations to achieve assigned objectives, such as sourcing and procuring service providers for printing services, vehicle rentals, event equipment, event venues, exhibition booth construction, and arranging business meetings or negotiations. - Source and prepare tools and equipment required for project implementation. - Research and gather information from various sources, including the internet, retail vendors, and direct inquiries, then summarize findings for presentation to the Project Manager / Project Leader. - Prepare documentation for both internal and external coordination. - Execute and coordinate tasks on event days or during project implementation to ensure operations run according to plan. - Report work progress to the Project Manager / Project Leader and seek consultation when encountering operational issues.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Can send candidate A or B - (A) At least 1 year experience in coordination roles - (B) Fresh graduates with university activities experiences are welcome - Experience working in a Japanese company or coordinating with Japanese companies - Conversational high in Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level equivalent (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) - Conversational high in English (for document and internal) - Presentation skills with Microsoft Powerpoint <Personality> - Person who is creative and proactive - Good Interpersonal Skill - Strong Managerial Skill & Team Management Skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of living experience in Japan will be given special consideration
