Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Control production work according to the production plan to achieve the set plan. - Supervise the work performance of subordinates according to defined standards and enforce disciplinary regulations. - Implement IATF16949 standards. - Support customer/supplier audit activities. - Prevent defective work occurrence in the production process. - Continuously improve work quality. - Provide support when problems arise. - Collaborate with the team to solve problems that occur. - Handle environmental-related tasks or other assigned duties. - Train subordinates to enable them to perform their duties. - Maintain 5S in the production section.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Educational qualification of Technical/Vocational Diploma (ปวส.) or higher. - At least 3 years of experience in plastic production work and Automotive Part / Electric Part. - Conversational middle in English (for document and communicate with report line) - Knowledge of quality systems IATF16949:2016 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001. - Understand plastic work problems and be able to adjust/fix machines, prevent recurrence. - Able to train subordinates. <In details> - Understand molds, injection work, and setting adjustments to meet customer - specifications. - Able to create Work Instructions (WI) / PROCEDURES for work.
