Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and control the Production Engineering / Maintenance team to achieve factory targets. - Plan, control, and monitor maintenance work for the entire machinery system (Preventive / Predictive / Breakdown Maintenance). - Analyze causes of machine failure (Machine Failure Analysis) and define systematic countermeasures to prevent recurrence. - Control machinery to ensure operational readiness, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency (OEE Improvement). - Manage and control spare parts (Spare Parts Management) for optimal use and cost. - Supervise machinery repair work within the RMC factory to meet standards. - Coordinate with Vendors / Makers when external support is required. - Ensure operations comply with ISO 13485 and other company standards. - Review and approve team maintenance plans / machinery improvement plans. - Lead the team to the actual site (Gemba) to solve problems and follow up on results. - Manage and develop team members, including coaching, performance evaluation, and skill development.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Vocational certificate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance / Production Engineering (Plastic Injection) - Conversational Middle Level in English (Mostly use for email) - Experience in managing or supervising a team in an industrial factory. - Knowledge of PLC, Automation, and machinery control systems; - Experience in PM planning and Spare Parts management - Skill in reading electrical/mechanical drawings and machine manuals - Ability to design electrical circuits and design Jigs/Fixtures and engineering drawings - Proficiency in using AutoCAD - Understanding of quality systems such as ISO 13485 or industrial factory standards. <Personality> - Soft Skills: Leadership; Ability to control a team and work under pressure; Management, planning, and decision-making skills.
