Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking for automotive accessory products
- Analyze market trends and formulate product strategies aligned with market demands
- Oversee and manage projects, ensuring effective project control and execution
- Support sales proposal activities and related sales initiatives
- Maintain and enhance sales systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
- Monitor progress and prepare performance reports on project and business activities
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of automotive accessories, from initial concept to launch and post-launch evaluation
- Develop product specifications and requirements based on market needs and brand positioning
- Collaborate with development, procurement, and marketing teams to align product plans with feasibility and business goals

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering field. 
- At least 1 year of experience in product planning in the automotive industry (fresh graduates with internship experience in the automotive industry are welcome)
- Conversational English middle level (for communication with the Japanese report line)
- Basic knowledge in product design using CATIA (3D/DWG) and quality control (defect analysis, countermeasures)
- Able to work off-site
- Possession of a driving license (for using the company's car)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Knowledge of specifications for automotive accessories
- Experience with Japanese automobile companies
- Japanese speaking ability
