Human Resources Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-63799)

<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and oversees all HRM&HRD function operations and lead on  labor union negotiation  and support Company group (Bangpain branch)  on HR matter (visit 1-2 times/ month)

Compensation and benefits (Payroll)
-	Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
-	Conducting annual salary surveys
-	Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and 
-	incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
-	Performing benefits administration

Labor Union 
-	Collective bargaining negotiation between labor unions and corporate employers
-	Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Labor control & Employee relations
-	Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute 
-	routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
-	Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
-	Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
-	Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

HRD (Training)
-	Designs, develops and leads the implementation of HRD system on the competency base.
-	Sets the basic schedule of career development activities during the year.
-	Succession planning and talent management 
-	Coordinate, monitor and review the system of performance appraisal to ensure that the HRD 
-	system supports management best practice and the needs of employees.
-	Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Job Requirement

Recruitment

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-	Thai nationality,  Male, Female  40 - 45 years old
-	Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related
-	At least 7 years experience of HR function (HRM or HRD) in Manufactory Japanese companies (100 staff or above)
-	Experienced union negotiations on labor law 
-	Has general experience in HRM and HRD
-	Team management experience (supervise team performance)
-	Good command of English (Conversational Mid-High)
-	Strong organizational and coordination skills.
-	Good relationship, Interpersonal and communication skills.
-	Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
-	Good Computer literacy (MS Office , Internet , e-mail, etc.)
-	Able to visit and supervise another group company (Bang pa in)
