<Job Responsibilities> This position will be an assistant for the marketing (sales) team of a representative office. Your task will mainly involve supporting the documentation process. - In charge of assisting with the import export process. - Create and process with import related documents. - Check documents and follow up with the documents. - Communicate with suppliers, arrange shipment, and respond to related documentation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Age: around 30s ・Gender: Any (Prefer female) ・Language: English Business level (communicate with suppliers overseas) ・Experience: - Have 3 years of working experience in import-export related position (Since this position is heavy in terms of documentation, we aim for candidates who understand the import-export document flows very well) - If the candidate did not work in import-export related position, then require 5 years of experience in sales assistant positions. <Prefer Skill / Experience > Working experience in the paper industry <Prefer personality> Bright, hard-working, pays attention to detail.
