Job Requirement
<Requirements> ・Education: Vocational school graduate or above ・Language: Intermediate-level English or Japanese ・Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in architectural construction management or as a site supervisor for building projects such as factories and warehouses Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating construction schedules across different trades Ability and willingness to travel to and work at construction sites in Southern Vietnam, particularly Binh Duong and Dong Nai <Preferred Qualifications> ・Experience working for a Japanese general contractor or Japanese construction company ・Experience with building projects such as factories, logistics facilities, or commercial facilities ・Knowledge of Vietnamese construction regulations and safety management ・Experience working with foreign managers ・Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or safety management
