Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify and develop new business opportunities, including Greenfield and Migration projects. - Build and manage project sales pipelines from lead qualification to deal closing. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and updates in CRM systems. - Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable automation solutions. - Prepare and deliver technical/commercial presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. - Build strong relationships with End-Users, Consultants, and EPCs. - Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including scope, pricing, bill of materials, timeline, and deliverables. - Coordinate with engineering, proposal, operations, finance, and other internal teams. - Support RFQ/RFP responses and contract negotiations. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award. - Follow up on project progress, customer feedback, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electrical, Control, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: 3 years of experience in technical sales, project sales, automation solutions, or engineering projects. - Good knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC, and industrial automation systems. - Willing to travel and visit customers regularly. <Preferred skills> - Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
