Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Recruitment
- Plan and manage recruitment activities based on manpower needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
- Develop recruitment channels and employer branding activities such as job fairs, internships, and school events.
- Prepare recruitment reports and manpower data.

2. Labor Contract & Attendance
- Manage labor contract issuance, renewal, and documentation.
- Manage daily attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Finalize monthly attendance data.
- Operate and improve HR/attendance systems such as FaceX and HRM.

3. C&B, Payroll & Social Insurance
- Process monthly payroll based on attendance data.
- Manage benefits, bonuses, and deductions.
- Handle social insurance registration, adjustment, and employee benefits.
- Work directly with social insurance authorities when necessary.

4. HR Compliance & PIT
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT), especially PIT for expatriates / foreign employees.
- Support other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
- Language: English or Japanese - Business Level; good communication and reporting skills
- Experience: 
    - At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company with 1,000+ employees
    - Broad HR experience in Recruitment, Attendance, C&B, Social Insurance, Labor Contracts, and Payroll
    - Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR compliance
    - Experience handling PIT, especially for expatriates / foreign employees
    - Good MS Office and HRIS skills
    - Good data analysis and reporting skills
    - Excellent teamwork skills with a track record of establishing processes and meeting deliverables within deadlines

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Japanese communication skills are highly preferred
- Experience working with Japanese management or in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Experience improving HR processes or HR systems
- Strong Excel and HR data analysis skills
