Job Description
<Expectation>
- This position is to expand the product in Vietnam.
- Rather than simply selling products, it is expected to propose comfortable and effective space solutions for supermarket sales floors by providing the products.
- Take care of existing clients 95%: Develop new clients 5% first, and increase the development of new clients gradually
<Job Responsibilities>
・Propose fixtures and fittings to retailers such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores
・Sell their products (store equipment such as decorative accessories, display shelf etc.) to Japanese/ Vietnamese retail stores
・Making contracts
・Order receiving procedures
・Issue invoice etc,,
・Order and Shipping arrangements
・Business trip to Hanoi or Danang 4-6 times per year.
<業務内容>
・スーパーマーケット、コンビニエンスストア、ドラッグストアなどの小売店向けに什器や備品の提案を行う
・日本およびベトナムの小売店に対し、装飾用品や陳列棚などの店舗設備を販売する
・契約書の作成・締結
・注文受け付け手続き
・請求書の発行などの事務処理
・発注および出荷手配
・年4〜6回、ハノイまたはダナンへの出張あり
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 33
・Education: Bachelor's
・Language Skills:
- English - Business Level (TOEIC over 800)
・Experience
- More than 2 years of BtoB sales experience in a Japanese trading company.
- Can go on a business trip to Hanoi 2-3 times per year
