<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct sales activities for assigned segments, including market surveys and identification of customer needs and sales strategies. - Build, maintain, and develop customer systems. - Propose and introduce/consult on the company's products and services to customers. - Participate in networking events, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and customer visits for sales prospecting. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree. - Language Skill: English Business Level - At least 4-5 years of experience working as a B2B Sales Staff in the plastics resins field, chemical industry, or a related field is required. - Ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, team player mindset, effective influencer, customer-focused, and results-driven. - Able to work in a diverse, multicultural team setting and to undertake domestic and overseas business trips. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Korean language proficiency is preferable. - Japanese language proficiency is preferable.
