Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Act as a key account with customers on sales budget, sales forecast, sales channel operation, sales support, and sales review
- Corporate with the Accounting team to follow the distributor's accounts receivable
- Search, survey, study the market information, and have ideas about Sales & Marketing plans to support customers/distributors to expand sales channels and increase the sales volume as well as fulfill/achieve the company's allocated target
- Coordinate with Marketing/Production/Logistics team to monitor purchase orders, keeping track of purchase orders
- Make weekly/monthly/timely reports as requested
- Maintain regular contact with customers by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customers visit and by following-up to ensure problems or claims are solved/corrected in a timely manner
- Manage After-sales support activities by following up Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner
- Periodically conduct market surveys on competitors/pricing/products
- Organize seminars, incentive tours, and meetings for customers/distributors
- Keep BOD reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes
- Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager & BOD

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's Degree from 04 years of College or University
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a Sales position of visible products, with priority in Lubricants, Tires, Battery, Spare Parts, FMCG
- Familiar with work for foreign company; have experienced in managing and supporting B2C & B2B Distribution Channels
- Able to travel for business trips
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to read and analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English
- Able to handle multitasking and work independently as well as good teamwork skills
- Experienced in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- High English language capability is an advantage
- Knowledge of lubricants or chemicals is a plus
- Experience in developing the South Mekong Delta area is an advantage
