<Job Responsibilities> You will be responsible for the following tasks related to premix products: ・Confirming order details from customers (quantity, specifications, delivery date) ・Coordinating production schedules with the production planning team (manufacturing department) ・Adjusting delivery dates based on raw material inventory and manufacturing capacity ・Developing shipping and delivery plans ・Progress management from order receipt through production to shipment ・Internal coordination with relevant departments (Sales, Manufacturing, Warehouse) ・Preparing various management and reporting materials (primarily using Excel)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Age: 25 ~ 40 ・Gender: Any ・Foreign Language: Not required ・Experience: - Have working experience in sales B2B in the manufacturing industry - Order processing and management skills - Coordination skills with production planning skills - Delivery schedule adjustments considering inventory and raw material constraints - Shipping and delivery operations follow ※Must be able to manage quantities and track progress using Excel or similar tools. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in premixes, food ingredients, additives, etc. ・Experience launching new factories or production lines ・Work experience at Japanese or foreign-affiliated companies ・Experience coordinating work with Japanese supervisors or headquarters ・Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) ・Have Japanese skills, English skills
