Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and supervise sales team performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator/escalator projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and end users
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on project progress
- Coordinate with technical and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
- Support recruitment, coaching, and training of sales staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Age: 35~45 (preferred)
- Gender: Male
- Language: English - Business Level
- Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 
+ Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Construction / Building materials equipment.
+ At least 2 years of team management experience
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
+ Good knowledge of project sales and tender processes
+ Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Preferably in elevator, construction, M&E, industrial equipment, or building solutions industries
