Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> (1) Support business transactions and attend business persons from Japan Head Quarter as well as other branches to the Customer/ Suppliers (2) Documents: Issue and arrange cargo delivery to customers (3) Data input: Inputting sales and Agency transaction data into SAP (4) Reporting: Necessary monthly sales/expense reports as required. (5) Administration work: Arrange Car & hotels for visitors; Make summary of internal expenses (6) Other jobs which are requested by General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: University Degree - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: At least 2 years of Sales Support experience in MNC companies - Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Cooperative teamwork (Japanese style) and challenging the difficulty as characteristics <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience with SAP is an advantage - Working experience in Japanese companies can be an advantage
