Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the site safety activity, follow the site situation and the safety manager's requirements, or the PM. - Manage safety activities of subcontractors on site, such as morning meetings and safety inductions, to ensure compliance with company regulations. - Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential dangers in the workplace. - Join daily construction meetings with the construction team and give instructions to improve safety, if any. - Complete the daily site patrol, weekly, and monthly reports. - Carry out daily, weekly, or monthly safety inspections of all equipment or machines on site to ensure work safety. - Provide training sessions to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment. - Instruct and arrange the safety team of subcontractors for site control. - Carry out incident and accident investigation and reporting to the SHE manager and PM on time. - Report the site safety condition to the SHE manager and PM as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Graduated from the University with a degree in a related field - Language: English - Pre-Intermediate - Abilities/Skills Requirements: - Good skills in using Office, especially Excel - Multitasking & high flexibility. - Skilled at Presentation & problem-solving - Positive thinking & self-motivation - Standard communication and good in documentation of English
