Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made robotic solutions • Design and simulate robotic systems • Prepare and deliver compelling demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations • Participate in robot exhibitions and roadshows - set up and operate demo equipment • Create technical proposals, cycle time analysis, and ROI justifications for clients • Provide hands-on training and support for robot programming, setup, and commissioning • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and engineering to ensure smooth project execution • Track trends and competitor solutions to drive continuous innovation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or related field ・Age: Any ・Gender: Male only ・Language skills: English - Conversational Level ・Experience: Have 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics or automation systems <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in handling our products is a big plus. ・Proficiency in Japanese/Chinese/Korean is an advantage <Personality> ・Enthusiasm for robot and factory automation ・Responsible, proactive, and growth-oriented ・Eager to learn about technical products and advanced technology ・Strong communication, presentation, group working skills ・Willingness to travel for demos, training, and on-site support
