<Job Responsibilities> ➤This position involves working in the quality control department for products destined for domestic and some overseas markets, and managing operations, including team management. ＜Job Duties＞ ⁻ Quality inspection and data management ⁻ Measures to maintain quality ⁻ Establishment of processes for improving defective products ⁻ Identification of issues ⁻ Response during audits ⁻ Participating in meetings with suppliers ⁻ Assigning tasks to team members ⁻ Managing and training team members' work ⁻ Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Language: English or Japanese - Conversational Level (for Internal conversation) - Experience: ・Having Experience as QC in manufacturing ・Good understanding for general quality control duties - Skills/Other requirements: ・Good communication skills. ・Can manage and develop your subordinates. ・Good know Ho-Ren-Sou <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Lives near Vinh Phuc & can commute to work by themselves. (Company does not have bus) ‐ Having management skills - Capable of studying and staying updated on the new laws or government interactions
