Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the final inspection team for outgoing products. - Handle customer complaint analysis and prepare defect reports. - Conduct internal audits, handle customer interactions, and support ISO, IATF certification audits. - Respond to customer requests for data submission (e.g., IMDS, environmental data). - Inspect the production floor and verify the implementation status of customer complaint countermeasures and internal regulations. - Manage and perform calibration of measuring instruments. - Execute other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Educational Background: College/University degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Electronics. - Language Skills: Japanese - Conversational Level (JLPT N3 or above) OR English - Conversational Level (able to read/write reports in English). - Agile, eager to learn, good management skills. - Residing in Ninh Bình. - At least 2 years of QA/QC experience. - Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/IATF16949. - Proficiency in Word/Excel. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Prior experience working in a Japanese company.
