Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage production progress and control line quality. - Create and revise standard forms (work procedure sheets, check sheets, etc.). - Manage personnel within the assigned group; guide, educate, and supervise subordinates. - Operate the ISO system (quality and environment). - Manage documents; verify work reports and check sheets daily. - Research and propose line improvements with other staff members to achieve optimal efficiency.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: College degree or higher, majoring in Chemistry. - Language: No Language - Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in the chemical field. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the environmental field is a plus. - Japanese language ability is an advantage.
