Job Description

<Job Description>
- Monitor inventory reports of finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials.
- Calculate and track daily labor productivity.
- Take responsibility for export shipments to Japan, including document preparation, packaging arrangements, and shipment coordination until products are dispatched from the company.
- Supervise, guide, and support workers involved in the eggplant roasting and processing operations.
- Ensure workers strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor production performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Control and ensure product quality at the roasting process meets company standards and Japanese customer requirements.
Manage and assign tasks to production workers.
Report production status, operational issues (if any), and propose improvement measures to management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skills / Experience>
・College or Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
・No foreign language skills required.
・1 ~ 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment or Quality Control (QC).
・Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
・Good physical health and able to work in and out of cold storage areas on a regular basis.
・Good communication and team leadership skills, especially when working with production workers.

<Preferred Skills / Experience>
・Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
