Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Organize and enter purchasing information, and do simple analysis
- Prepare purchase orders and check delivery schedules
- Send requests for quotations and receive replies
- Assist with price negotiations (work with manager if needed)
- Receive and inspect delivered items
- Prepare documents for payment processing
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (email and phone)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language:
English: Business Level (speaking for internal use, emailing for external use)
・Experience: More than 2 years of purchasing (procurement) in the manufacturing industry
