Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist in the daily operations of the Procurement Department; receive and process purchase requests from departments and divisions. - Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and offerings, and select suitable vendors to meet the company’s product and service requirements. - Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers. - Issue purchase orders, monitor order status, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Prepare and complete payment requests in accordance with company procedures. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; resolve issues and regularly evaluate supplier performance. - Maintain accurate and well-organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation. - Analyze procurement-related costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget management activities. - Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors or management. - Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or any related fields ・Gender: Any ・Age: 24~28 years old ・Experience: At least 2 years of experience as Purchasing staff in a manufacturing company. - Understanding the principles and practices of procurement, including sourcing, contracting, and payment - Having good knowledge of import and export operations <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in EPE Company
