<Job Responsibilities> - Design, develop, test, and release SaaS product features using JAVA - Design scalable and maintainable system architecture - Lead technical discussions and make technical decisions - Review code and improve development quality - Support engineers with technical problems and solutions - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Improve existing systems through refactoring and optimization - Create technical documents and share engineering knowledge - Utilize AI tools to improve development productivity
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or above - Language: Not required - Experience: - At least 6 years of experience in JAVA web application development, including design, development, refactoring, unit testing, and maintenance. - At least 2 years of technical leadership experience: code review, technical decision-making, supporting engineers, solving technical issues - Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate - At least 2 years of technical leadership experience, including code reviews, technical decision-making, mentoring engineers, and resolving technical issues - Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with RESTful API development and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), design patterns, and software architecture - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and teamwork skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, Gradle, Docker, or Kubernetes - Experience using AI development tools: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini - Experience working with Japanese companies or offshore development - Experience designing large-scale SaaS systems
