Job Description
<Job responsibilities> 1. Operate plating production machines and monitor process parameters during plating. 2. Troubleshoot and solve machine, equipment, and product quality issues 3. Improve production processes to reduce defects and increase productivity and quality 4. Prepare production and technical reports as assigned by Manager 5. Create and maintain check sheets and standard operating procedures. 6. Carry out tasks assigned by Managers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> 1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field 2. At least 1 year of experience in a plating production line in a manufacturing company. 3. Experience working in a Japanese company or in Japan is preferred. 4. Ability to analyze production issues, improve manufacturing processes, and read technical drawings 5. Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 level or above (required). 6. Willing and able to attend training in Japan for a minimum of one year. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> Experience working in a Japanese company or in Japan is preferred
