Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support production planning activities, including preparing schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams - Follow up material availability, inventory status, supplier delivery, and logistics schedules to ensure smooth operations - Prepare and maintain costing, budget, procurement, logistics, payment, and import/export documentation - Track inventory movement, warehouse data, delivery timelines, and operational costs - Support reporting, data analysis, and issue follow-up related to production planning, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and cost control - Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, forwarders, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Graduated from University or above; major in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Languages: English - Business Level - Experience: ~1 year of experience as Logistics staff (freshers with good background is acceptable) - Strong general knowledge & proficiency in MS Office (Office 365, power BI, pivot table, D365BC)
