Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Construct the sales strategy and plan to achieve the sales and associated targets - Manage the Sales team and local relationships with travel trade partners and other partners - Initiate and follow up on sales team actions, obtain sales leads, and seek new business - Help to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts in a timely manner to ensure the best return on investment - Monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular and timely performance reviews to maximize available and potential sales opportunities - Make sales visits to clients to conduct presentations and seminars, and provide updates on products and services to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales - Service existing portfolios or accounts to maintain and grow the value - Seek ways to improve the quality of the revenue generated by the portfolio - Support new business development - Support marketing activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor Degree - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: 5 years of recent experience in airline or Passenger General Sales Agent or travel agent sales. - Experience in managing sales teams and client relationships - Ability to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts - Skills in conducting client presentations and seminarss <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in travel industry sales and marketing - Experience with airline ticket agency business models
