<Job Responsibilities> - Business planning for teams, groups, and all sales staff. - Gathering analysis of market information, organizing sales work for teams, groups, and sales staff. - Supervising the process of sales staff monthly and quarterly. - Evaluating sales results of sales staff on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Recruiting and training sales staff. - Reporting and consulting head of the sales department in developing effective sales and customer care policies. - Implementing sales policy for sales staff. - Assisting sales staff in recovering public debts and bad debts. - Maintaining relationships with existing customers and looking for new customers. - Details will be discussed further during the interview.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Male. Age: 25 - 32 - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Construction and Industry - Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience as a Technical Sales in the Construction Industry - Be able to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office well - Language: English - Conversational ( to write email and report with Japanese) - Be able to go on a business trip to different provinces in the North - Personalities: Hard working, Honest, Be able to do Ho-ren-so; fit with Japanese culture <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have experience in selling machines or construction materials - Management skill is more preferable
