Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Expanding sales to existing customers in the Modern Trade (MT) channel nationwide. - Planning, developing, and executing monthly sales promotions for MT accounts. - Listing new SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) with retail partners. - Conducting sales negotiations with retail buyers and key account managers. - Developing and acquiring new business with new customers from scratch (New Account Development). - Supervising, managing, and coaching sales supervisors and sales representatives across provinces. - Managing sales budget, setting targets, and overseeing performance management for the sales team. - Analyzing sales data and market trends within the MT channel to identify opportunities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at supermarket and convenience store chains. - Ensuring efficient distribution and in-store execution of confectionery products in collaboration with trade marketing and logistics.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Language: English - Business level - Experience: + At least 2 years of experience as an MT sales manager covering nationwide in a Food/Confectionery manufacturing company. + Leadership experience managing teams, including demonstrated skills in people management and performance management. + Strong negotiation and account management skills for dealing with retail buyers. + Ability to perform sales planning, budget management, and new business development.
